September 24, 2000

Hello!

My family and I were at the Apple Festival today in Elijay.   My daughter loved the demo  you gave and even came back again to wash “grandpa’s socks.”

My husband bought a bar of soap for her then bought me the little basket with 2 bars of cinnamon soap and one bar of  the regular soap.  My daughter loves her soap!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for a lovely demo and history of lye soap.

Maria

It was a pleasure to see you both again. (Dahlonega 2003) Even though it was April 2001 since we saw you at Cagle’s – we still remember your Christian hospitality towards us.

I told Grandma that we saw you at “Bear on the Square.”  She was sorry that she wasn’t with us.  Although Grandma enjoyed being with my two children at Cagle’s, I’m sure that her fondest memory is scrubbing those wash cloths for all of us “yung’uns” to see how things were done.  Please enjoy this photo.  Hope to see you again.

God blessings,
Kathy _____
